Our Founder & CEO, Archie Robertson
He comes to this role from a long history of caring for people and helping them through times of crisis. A pastor for twenty eight years, he was the founder of four different congregations and many innovative church initiatives. Archie decided that he had seen too many marriages end in divorce, very often over seemingly irresolvable issues surrounding finances. He learned that one of the most erosive forces in marriages and relationships is debt and a lack of wealth building principles. He decided to learn everything he could about the nature of money by getting involved in business, and particularly, the financial business. He set out to learn how money working for people instead of people working for money can help build positive relationships that result in healthier and happier homes.

Archie decided a that he wanted to take the relationship building skills he used as a pastor, and the financial skills he learned while in the mortgage industry and throughout his life, to help people solve one of the major causes of divorces today. To this end, he created Home Equity Investment Rewards, not only to teach practical wealth building techniques and strategies but also to turn around and radically change people's finances. His clients went from being in debt and burdened by the "too much month, not enough money" syndrome, to "too much money, not enough month." Archie teaches people how to use the financial tools and knowledge that he has developed so that they can build wealth and help contribute to enjoying great relationships with the people they love the most.
